Pharmacy Weight Loss Chard is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Chard and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our clinical team makes all prescribing decisions at their sole professional discretion.
All prescription medications dispensed through our pharmacy require approval by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. Submitting an online consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and in accordance with current UK prescribing guidelines. You must provide accurate, truthful information during your consultation. Providing false information to obtain a prescription is a criminal offence under UK law.
Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Chard and cannot be transferred to third parties.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the matter in line with our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
